The privately-owned 15th century coaching inn faces the west front of Wells Cathedral, with original four poster beds and log fires. A combination of traditional and contemporary cuisine is served in the unique oak panelled restaurant. The hotel boasts 49 individually designed non-smoking bedrooms, courtyard garden, conference facilities for up to 100 delegates and provides the perfect getaway. Leisure breaks, romantic weekends away, weddings and special interest packages are all available. The hotel has been awarded an AA rosette for its food.

On reaching Wells, follow signs for 'Hotels and Deliveries' which will take you through a one way system. On entering Sadler Street, the Swan Hotel is on your right hand side opposite the Cathedral.
